Today, I prefer making a video tutorial to writing tutorials. I only need to run the screencapture software, practice a tutorial and explain the steps with my voice. After that, just do a little editing (add watermark, add backsound, etc) and your video tutorial that is ready to shared on social networks such as youtube, facebook, vimeo, etc.

Already feel how extraordinary Blender? With this post I want to share one of the features of Blender, i called drag and drop feature, a feature that is used to attach the file from windows explorer / nautilus to software. Actually, this feature has been around a long time, I first know from budip blog. But I was not successful to do it, I do not know why. But this time I've been able to use the feature.

With drag and drop. we will be easy to add a background image in Blender. We don't need to open properties first. Just click and drag the image into the 3D window, the picture will automatically turn into the background. To see it we should be in orthogonal / orthographic view (numpad 5).

It is also very useful for video editing, we simply drag and drop video files / audio / image, it will directly into  video / images and audio strip. Interesting is not it? For those who are still confused to immediately try on the latest Blender. Here's a video demo and a little explanation of drag and drop in Blender.

After delay for a long time, now i am finished my second Blender video tutorial. In this tutorial I am using Bahasa Indonesia language, but i think you can see what the keyboard that i've press and see the video. Make it silent if you confuse :D.

In this video i try to explain step by step create a simple chair. The duration is about 18 minutes. I think, someday i will add subtitle for my video tutorial. Enjoy this video tutorial

As web developer we must have server application in our machine. We can't using hosting server every time. Because we need internet connection and will take long time when we update many code. If we using localhost we can change our web so fast. After finish, we just upload our wen on localhost to our hosting.

Before we start develop website on localhost, we need to get an server application. I am using LAMPP for app server and using wordpress for the website engine. So we need download them before develop it.

Create a Database

Wordpress need database, we must create a database before install it. To create database, we need to start lampp service.

• Check that service is start with open localhost url in a browser.
• You will get XAMPP logo if the service work properly

Internet is one of the technologies that have changed the world, his current whereabouts are needed by many people in the world. Many people are addicted to the internet. As if the world without the internet is the apocalypse. Addiction is opening up new markets, the internet service provider known as ISP (Internet Service Provider) in my ICT book at first junior high school. Today competition among ISPs was getting crazy, especially with the mobile broadband. One of the factors which determine consumer choices on ISP is speed.

Massive campaign carried out by the ISP in order to get more customers and dominates the market, even sempar happen competitors dropping ads, advertisements of this kind is not healthy. From a variety of ad many misguided people about the speed offered by the ISP. I belong to one of them, but at the beginning of college I get information about the speed of data transfer that makes me understand the true meaning.

I take an example that I use smartfren service, he offers download speeds up to 3.1 Mbps. With that kind of speed, download speed we may just get in the range of 300 - 400an KB / s. Why? Is this a public deception? Maybe some people will feel cheated by ads like this, but what is offered by the ISP is not wrong. Maybe we were wrong understanding of what is offered by the operator.

Much different Mbps and MBps. Mbps stands for megabits per second, and MBps is megabytes per second. 1 byte = 8 bits. Megabyte file size is usually used, whereas for data transfer Megabit. So if the maximum speed is 3.1 Mbps ISP offered, then the maximum speed that we will get is 3.1Mbps / 8 = 387.5 KBps. So if offered Rev B speeds up to 14.7 Mbps is the maximum speed of about 1.8 MBps 1837.5 KBps.
