Adding Photo on Google Search Result

Googling, a term formed from the searches conducted using the Google search engine. Though Google is not a verb, but due to its dominance in cyberspace so that people will be familiar with the term absorption. Grammar rule does not apply anymore: D.
I'm sure almost all Internet users have used a search engine like google, bing, and others. From the search results sometimes we get what we want, but we rarely get the results that can called TRASH, which is a website full of keywords, but do not provide the information we want.
When we search, sometimes we will get photo of author as i did in when search Update Blender via terminal at google.com below

There is a lot photos of author that appear on the google search results. Because it is an official feature from google. So do not expect the photos that appear in the google search will appear in other search engines, but did not rule out the other search engines will adopt this way. Here are some reasons why we need to display images on google search results:
- Increase the level of trust. Many sites scattered trash that people will choose the search results. With the author photo, people would think that the owner of this blog is professional people, until google was showing his picture in the search results. It makes people do not hesitate to open the our link
- Increase visitors. This point relates to the first point, increasing confidence in the will of our site, our site will automatically get a lot visitors.
- Promoting yourself. With the advent of our pictures in the search engines will indirectly promote themselves to be better known by people looking for information for the field that we wrestled.
Main requirement for displaying images on google search results is Google Plus account, because the photo is a profile picture on Google Plus. If you have not yet, please register Google Plus. After registering go to profile tab and then edit profile. Choose a section contributor to, then fill in your website address there. My suggestion to use the address main domain and sub domain www, so it looks like the screenshot below.
