Today, the existence of blogs began to erode with social networks like facebook, twitter and others. Many friends prefers posting something else on facebook than on his blog. In fact, the blog post is much more useful than just posting on facebook and other social networks.

Let's look at facebook timeline, not everyone post same thing. For who like photography will post about their photowork. And who love to create an 3D model will post their 3D Artwork. And there's many people sell item. Somtimes Facebook timeline make me confuse because it move so fast like twitter timeline :D.

I would like to write on the blog and share the link on facebook or twitter than having lengthy post on facebook. Because the lifetime of a blog post is much longer than the lifetime of writing on facebook. Here are some reasons:

• As we know, facebook timeline moving so fast like twitter. So do not be surprised if sometimes what we write do not get many like or comment. This is due to what we share has dropped its ranking by the new post which sometimes is not important!
• Those who would like share their work, the process of learning and merchandise on the facebook group will quickly descend to the bottom page of the group. So we need scrolling and page load time and again to find your post to be headed that over again.
• Don't appear in google search results, even though what we write on facebook is very important and maybe useful for many people. However, the text may not indexed by Google because of privacy issues. So only the people around us who can get the benefit. Meanwhile, people who really need can not find it.
• Less effective for sharing. Imagine if we follow some group with topics that are similar but not the same. When we will post a work and ask for a response from each of the different groups we need to upload in each group. Because if we upload through our photo albums and post the link sometimes does not show up because of privacy issues.

The four most common problem I've experienced, so do not be surprised if in my facebook profile would be a lot of links that lead to my blog other than status update. In addition to adding blog visitor, we just posted a link to request a response from people who are serious: D. Benefit to use blog post is:

• The posting well-documented, so that we can access the files easily by the category. On Facebook? we need to search by date of upload. If the recall is not an issue, but if you forget?
• Indexed by google. For indexed by google do not need to bother. Post it and wait, it will be indexed by google if you set the blog can be crawl / indexed. Or you can submit via google webmaster and the others.
• Effective for sharing, with copy and paste the link you can spread what we have written to many forums, group, page, tweet etc: D. Especially if more than one picture. Could save modem quota ;) 
• Still online when we have a hosting, what we post will be well documented and stored in hosting.  If time runs out ya stay active hosting renew. Not expensive for the size of the personal web. About $ 25/ year has included domain price.
• BONUS, sometimes people will be interested in offering something when looking at what's on our blog. As I experienced, I get $$$ from the blog.
• Branding, indirectly blog will brand our name, so it makes the list considered by some parties ;)
