5:30 AM
Previously, we have set the DNS records to create custom domain email with blogger and google apps. Now we need to register on google apps for a free account. After doing the setup register domain described by google apps. Starting from the domain administrator username and other settings. The syntax is self-explanatory. I will focus on setting mx record.
Once we fill in the address domain and user domain administratos, in fact we are able to e-mail function to send a message. But can not be used to receive messages. Having reached the stage of setting the MX Record, google will verify whether we have mx records point to Google Apps. If not now our turn to set the MX Record.
MX Record (eMail eXchanger Record) is is a type of resource record in DNS that states are responsible mail server receives an email message addressed to the respective domain. Maybe it could be called a server for email addresses that are used on a domain: D. If the settings are correct MX Record will appear like the screenshot below
After entering these parameters in the DNS Zone Editor, now we have to wait until the update process by google mx record successfully. This process can take up to 48 hours if it is true. If wrong, we have to fix another mx record in the hosting account. Beriku screenshot DNS Zone Editor for MX Record
If you want to login page with ease, better use a custom url to login. The trick, open the Settings> Email> Change URL to google apps. After that change the url such mail.domainkamu.net. After that we need to do additional CNAME mail.domainkamu.net so that when we type email login page will appear.
Go back into the DNS Zone Editor and enter the CNAME: www with ghs.googlehosted.com destination.
That is the final stage of the tutorial blogger with a custom domain email and google apps. May be useful: D. Please corrected if there is something wrong in terms of writing or another. Thank you for visiting this blog.
