Join and Split Window on Blender

It's the end of third semester, all of student of third semester on MMB PENS got 3D project. The project with duration 30 sec must be done about 3 week. Yesterday, my friend have a problem with Blender UI. The problem is how to join the splited windows. I have write it on Bahasa, there is i want to write into english
To split window is easy, you just need pull the signs are similar triangle upper right corner of each window vertically or horizontally without any special provisions. See the image below for more details about the location of the signs that can be used to split and join.
It's different when we want to join the window, there are provisions that we must obey, which is one of the width between 2 window that we will have to combine together. Whether it's the width of the vertical and horizontal. We can only join in the window area that has the same width. See the image below for more details.

On the picture above I joined (Join Area) vertically. The width of the horizontal line that separates the upper and lower together (marked with orange lines). So it can be joined, but when I try to merge horizontally, it will not be, because the vast differences in vertical lines that separate two window is different

While the image above is an example of a horizontal joint area, where the width of the vertical line that separates the two windows are the same size (orange line).
